Shipping & Returns

Standard shipping is free within India — paid by debit card, credit card, PayPal, net banking, or bank transfer. Need it sooner? Choose Express at checkout for dispatch in 2–3 business days for a flat ₹350.

International

We charge a flat international shipping fee of ₹2,600 (approx. $26), regardless of destination.

Every piece goes through stringent quality checks before it leaves our studio. Slight unevenness in colour or texture isn't a flaw — it's the mark of a natural, handmade process.

Apparel

• One-time exchange available if the piece doesn't fit or suit you.
• Ship the product back with a brief note on your preferred size or style, and email us at info@octoberjaipur.in.
• Refunds aren't offered — we issue store credit instead, valid for 12 months.
• On international orders, customs or import duties (per your country's regulations) are borne by the customer.

Accessories

• Not eligible for exchange or refund.
• If the wrong item was delivered, or there's a genuine manufacturing defect, we'll re-fulfil the correct product.
• Replacement orders arrive within 7 working days.

Customised Pieces

For pieces made to your own measurements, we're happy to alter the fit on that same piece — take it in, let it out, adjust the length. Because it's been cut specifically for you, a style or size exchange isn't possible on customised orders.

How to request one

Reach us within 48 hours of delivery — call or WhatsApp +91 78498 74246 (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM IST) or email info@octoberjaipur.in with your order number, date of purchase, delivery address, and a photo of the item. We'll respond within 48 working hours.

Given the time and craft that goes into every piece, we don't offer refunds by default. Refunds are only processed for fulfillment errors — an incorrect or missing item — and are returned to your original payment method within one week.

Exchanges aren't available on international orders.

Customs and import duties are set by each destination country and are borne by the customer — since these vary by country, we're unable to estimate them upfront. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering if you'd like to know the likely charge.

You'll hear from us twice — an order confirmation the moment you place it, and a shipment email once it leaves our studio, with a tracking code for the courier's site.
