We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India as well as abroad.
International orders are usually delivered within 8-9 business days and domestic orders within 6 business days. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.
Octroi charges may be levied on few destinations (mostly in Maharashtra) displayed on the site .These charges are not refundable and shall be borne by the customer. In the event of cancellation of the order the Octroi charges levied shall not be refunded.
All Duties and taxes for international shipping shall be borne by the customer. OctoberJaipur is not liable to pay any Duties or Taxes for International Shipping.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an an email with your tracking code, so that you can monitor your delivery until it arrives to you.

REFUND/ EXCHANGE -Apparels Easy one time exchange. If the ordered piece doesn’t fit you or suit you, please ship us the piece back with a small note of your size or style requirements, and send us an email at email@example.com . We don’t do refunds.
We don’t have an exchange or refund policy for accessories. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn't match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to re-fulfilling your order.
To return or exchange a product or report a damage in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery at +917849874246 between 9.30AM to 5.30PM IST or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.
