If the ordered piece doesn’t fit you or suit you, please ship us the piece back with a small note of your size or style requirements, and send us an email at info@octoberjaipur.in For international shipments, import duty might be levied by Customs in your country, depending on your country's regulations. These will need to be borne by you. We don’t do refunds. Store credits are available which can be used within 3 months.

Accessories
We don’t have an exchange or refund policy for accessories. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn't match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to re-fulfilling your order. The right product will be delivered to the customer in 7 working days.
